Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped via USPS within 3–5 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the item (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Bundles must be returned as complete sets. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination. Tracking availability may vary by country.

Peasy is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held by international mail carriers. Customers are responsible for any additional fees upon delivery, including taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or duties.

We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

International Shipping: Packages may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on the country. Tracking availability varies based on country.  We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in the mail system for International orders
